DESCRIPTION: The project is a mixed use residential building consisting of 169 residential units, a supermarket, a retail area and a swimming pool on the roof floor; commissioning consultancy; design review and verification design; energy simulation and modeling. The project includes optimum insulation for wall and roof and selection of better glass to reduce the heat impact and cooling demand in the apartment.
